New World Gas Oven Keeps Going Out
I have a frustrating gas oven problem that i hope you can help me with.
New world gas oven keeps going out. You have a thermocouple fitted by the oven burner and this most probably needs replacing. Pinksnowball has not said whether his grill is a sola grill at high level but he does say the burner goes out. I have a new world plan 7 gas cooker model no. Cannon fitted new valves thermostat sensors increased the gas pressure from the meter until it only went out if you opened or closed the door too quickly.
I was having problems with a new world mw60g gas oven. However when i release the gas dial the flame goes out and no more gas comes out. Flame keeps cutting out in oven and grill overheats and knocks out clock eventually switching itself off after 10mins aprox front of oven including knob gets very hot when in use. The thermocouple keeps the gas going to the burner by keeping the gas valve open to the oven burner.
New world cooker model 200502073. The oven is a simpson eziset and has an electric ignition via a push button clicker. My belling gas oven has an odd problem. When i turn and press down the dial to release the gas then hit the ignition button to light the flame it does that with no problem.
21080 the grill keeps popping then goes out a gas engineer says that it needs a new part as the mesh has got a hole in it. New world g60m cooker keeps going out. I m hoping to order parts and self repair but just wanting to figure out with certainty what the problem is. It has two sections a big one and a small one.
Most new world gas cookers do have a sola grill and the flame burns on the surface of the grill rather than having a burner at the back. It used to blow out whenever the oven got up to temperature and the thermostat switched the gas to the burner from high to low.
