Zanussi Gas Oven Keeps Cutting Out

Zanussi gas oven keeps cutting out. Yes the oven temp indicator light goes out when the oven reaches its set temp. There should be a flame sensor in the flame. On initial start up cold oven temp set to zero the orange temp light comes on just prior to the 50c mark as the thermostat is dialed up.
